SFK facilitators help young adults understand how their assumptions shape their behavior and improve their skills. The Winning in the Game of Life program in Benin and Togo empowers youth. The SFK certification program allows facilitators to undergo personal transformation and contribute positively to their communities.

The SFK facilitator's mission is to help young adults recognize how their assumptions shape their worldview and influence their behaviors. By gaining new insights, they can enhance their skills and achieve higher levels of performance in academic and professional settings. Following the successful launch of the Winning in the Game of Life summer program in Benin and Togo, we are excited to announce that this initiative is the catalyst for unlocking the potential of youth, empowering young adults and students. Moreover, through the SFK certification program, facilitators have the opportunity to undergo personal transformation and make a positive impact in their communities, providing value-based education.
